Marketing Fellow — 100 Day Fellowship
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bengaluru

Stipend: ₹1,00,000 for 100 days
About the Role
We are looking for one aspiring marketer who wants to learn marketing by working on real problems, real projects, and real campaigns.
For 100 days, you will work closely with experienced marketers and leadership, learning how to think, write, analyse, create, and execute.
This is not a traditional internship where you simply follow instructions. You will be expected to think independently, take ownership, experiment, and learn quickly.
What You Will Work On
• Develop marketing campaigns and creative concepts
• Write compelling copy for different channels
• Work on social media, content, and brand communication
• Research customers, markets, competitors, and trends
• Analyse marketing performance and identify opportunities
• Work on real-world marketing projects from ideation to execution
• Use AI tools thoughtfully while maintaining originality and quality
• Collaborate with experienced marketers and leadership
• Experiment, receive feedback, and continuously improve
