Marketing Executive — D2C Growth & Channel Management
About NeuroBuddy
NeuroBuddy is a Faridabad-based D2C brand building OT-designed developmental tools that extend therapy into the many hours a week a child spends at home. Products mirror what OTs already do in session (parallel talk, action songs, structured pretend play) so parents can carry the work forward without added cognitive load.
Instagram went live 1 July 2026. Products launch 1 August 2026.
The Role
Instagram
• Handle Social media channels end to end - Create and Publish Stories, Reels, and carousels per the existing content calendar and Carousel Playbook
• Coordinate with Marketing Agencies to create, align and organise the Monthly Social Calendar
• Coordinate with Expert Panel to review and get calendar content approved
• Respond to DMs and comments in NeuroBuddy's brand voice, escalating clinical questions to Founder
• Track performance and flag what's working.
Website
• Coordinate content updates with Founder — product descriptions, collection pages, banners
• Run Analytics with daily reporting on website performance
WhatsApp & E-Mail Inbox
• Own the WhatsApp inbox against the existing SLA
• Test , Launch & Run the Whatsapp Campaigns starting 1 sep
• Handle Incoming Mail Queries
Email & Meta Ads
• E-Mail Campaigns – Lead Generation & Nurture campaign including analytics, retargeting.
• Run Meta Ad Campaign with basic analytics
Reporting
• Keep the launch dashboard (Google Sheet) current
Who You Are
Must Have
• Comfortable running Instagram (posting, Stories, basic analytics) and WhatsApp Business-type tools day to day.
• Strong written English — you'll be writing in NeuroBuddy's voice, which is warm, behaviour-first
• Organised enough to track multiple live channels without things falling through the cracks
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Nice to Have
• Prior D2C or startup internship experience.
• Basic Canva/Figma familiarity
• Exposure to Shopify or WhatsApp Business API specifically.

• Self-starter
• Detail-careful with parent-facing words
• Comfortable with ambiguity
Hours & Working Pattern
Full-time internship: 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday), roughly 9am–5pm.
