We’re Hiring | Marketing Executive
Mono Motor Works | Guwahati, Assam
Mono Motor Works is looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing efforts, with digital marketing as the core area of expertise.
This is not just a social media role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business, identify opportunities and build a systematic approach to brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Plan and execute Meta campaigns
- Generate and nurture leads
- Coordinate and measure the performance of our 3-member calling team
- Manage WhatsApp/CRM-based customer engagement and reactivation
- Plan local and offline marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with outsourced SEO/SEM partners
- Track marketing performance, customer acquisition and ROI
- Develop and execute new marketing ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on marketing/digital marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, social media and lead generation
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Good communication and execution skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a new industry
- Degree is not mandatory — practical skills and results matter more
Experience: 2–3 years preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
