🚀 Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Noida
🗓️ Working: 6 Days a Week
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital growth and performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, optimization and ROI.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research.
Manage digital marketing activities across social media, email, content and other online channels.
Work closely with the creative and business teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
Track funnels, CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and other performance metrics.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform changes.
What We're Looking For:
2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
FinTech / Financial Services experience is compulsory.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of lead-generation and conversion funnels.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
