Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Rajkot. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing activities to promote JJ PV Solar’s products and turnkey solutions, ensuring strong visibility in target markets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and preparing marketing materials and presentations. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, attending industry events, and maintaining effective communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Marketing Executive will also assist in monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
- Strong market planning and marketing skills, including the ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Proficiency in market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Sales and business development skills to support lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Knowledge of the solar or renewable energy sector is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM software is an advantage.
