Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate social media and content activities.
- Develop and manage client presentations in coordination with clients and the design team.
- Manage client sampling requests, approvals, tracking, and dispatch.
- Act as a marketing point of contact for client queries and requirements.
- Support development of e-catalogues, physical catalogues, flyers, banners, and marketing collateral.
- Support sales through presentations, samples, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and coordinate showroom sample kits.
- Support exhibition planning and execution, including booth design, samples, displays, collateral, vendors, and logistics.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries for exhibition teams.
- Maintain marketing trackers and prepare weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate branding activities for showrooms, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate directly with clients and internal teams for assigned marketing activities.
- Raise and follow up on sample, design, catalogue, and marketing requirements.
- Coordinate with approved vendors and service providers.
- Escalate delays, issues, and approvals to the reporting manager.
- Operate within approved company policies, budgets, and authorization levels.
Qualification And Technical Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication, Communication & Client Management, Planning & Organization, Coordination & Follow-up, Attention to Detail, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Ownership & Accountability
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, sales support, or a related role.
- International/B2B marketing or exhibition experience preferred.
