We're Hiring | Marketing Executive
At Haus Of Brands, we're building some exciting F&B brands — and now we're looking for someone to help build HOB as a brand itself.
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who is creative, hands on, comfortable with content, and excited to take ownership of how Haus Of Brands shows up — online and offline.
What you'll be doing:
• Own HOB's social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across brand, people, culture, launches, and milestones
• Ideate and create reels, posts, stories, founder led and employee led content
• Be comfortable getting in front of the camera and representing HOB when required
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots across HOB and our partner brands
• Work with photographers, videographers, creators, designers, and agencies to bring ideas to life
• Manage our social media agency — from briefs and content calendars to timelines and execution
• Own HOB's Social Business Profile and ensure our overall online presence stays updated
• Manage comments, DMs, reviews, and community interactions while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Track content and social performance, understand what's working, and continuously improve
• Build and maintain an organised content bank across HOB and our brands
• Identify new content, collaborations, trends, and marketing opportunities that can increase HOB's visibility
Who we're looking for:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of marketing internship experience
• Someone creative who also knows how to execute — not just come up with ideas
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with social media, content creation, and being on camera when required
• Someone who follows trends but doesn't blindly follow them
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, take ownership, and build something from the ground up
Please note: This role is for fresh graduates who are ready to learn, hustle, and grow with us. If you already have significant full time industry experience, this role may not be the right fit.
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (Work From Office)
