About the Role
THE ROLE We're looking for one sharp, self-driven marketer to own our entire digital presence. You'll plan it, discuss with founders, and then execute it. That covers everything from a single Instagram story to a full Diwali performance campaign. You'll work closely with our Founders and Creative Director, who sets the brand vision. Your job is to turn that vision into content people stop for and funnels that bring in sales. Performance marketing and funnel results are your core KPI. Everything else serves that goal.
Responsibilities

- Strategy & planning
- A 90-day marketing plan covering channels, content pillars, campaigns, budget split and KPIs
- A monthly content and campaign calendar
- A monthly review with the founder.

- Meta (Instagram first) and Google Search and Performance Max campaigns, with click-to-WhatsApp as the primary format
- Audience segmentation across corporate, wedding, festive and personal gifting, and trade (designers and hotels)
- Retargeting, lookalikes and nurture flows for leads who haven't converted
- Tracking that holds up: Meta Pixel and CAPI, GA4, UTMs, and attribution of WhatsApp leads back to campaigns
- Ongoing testing of creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages
- Social media management
- Instagram as the flagship channel: feed posts, carousels, Reels and daily Stories
- Captions, hashtags and posting rhythm built for current algorithm behaviour
- Community management, including replying to comments and DMs and routing qualified enquiries to WhatsApp
- Collaborations with creators, stylists, wedding planners and décor influencers
- Pinterest and LinkedIn, especially LinkedIn for corporate gifting outreach
- Content & design
- Static posts, carousels and stories designed to our brand system: deep forest green, near-black backgrounds, gold accents and candlelight warmth
- Reels and short video, including concepts, scripting, editing, trending audio and product storytelling
- Product shoot briefs and on-ground coordination when shoots happen
- Ad creatives in every format our campaigns need
- Google & website
- Google Business Profile management, including posts, photos and review generation
- SEO upkeep: blog publishing, keyword tracking, and on-page fixes on our website
- Landing pages for campaigns, plus conversion recommendations for the site and the WhatsApp enquiry flow
- KPIs & DELIVERABLES
- Target driven performance
- Qualified WhatsApp leads per month, by segment
- Cost per qualified lead (CPQL) against an agreed ceiling
- Bulk enquiries that meet our minimums (20+ pieces for corporate, 30+ for weddings)

- Secondary: presence and brand
- Instagram growth in reach, saves, shares, profile visits and follower quality
- Reels performance, measured by views, watch time and shares
- Website traffic from organic and social, and Google Business Profile views and actions
- Reporting
- End to end management of social media pages of the brand, done TASTEFULLY, as per plan and quantity
