About Chakki Peesing
Chakki Peesing is a dynamic and growing team of go-getters driven by a simple mission , to raise the standard of the everyday staples we consume. From freshly milled flours and cold-pressed oils to spices and other kitchen essentials, we focus on bringing greater freshness, quality, transparency, and trust to everyday food.
We are a result-oriented organisation where people are encouraged to take ownership, think independently, and contribute beyond their defined roles. We believe that great teams are built by giving people the right training, responsibility, and empowerment to make decisions and grow with the organisation.
At Chakki Peesing, we value initiative, accountability, customer obsession, continuous learning, and a bias for action. As a growing brand, we offer an environment where team members get hands-on exposure, see the direct impact of their work, and have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
We are looking for people who enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems, interacting with customers, and working towards measurable outcomes rather than simply completing tasks.

The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Ninja who can become the creative engine of Chakki Peesing.
This is not just a social-media-posting role. You’ll take ownership of how the brand communicates visually across Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website, marketplaces, quick commerce and offline marketing.
Your biggest weapons? Canva + AI + creativity + speed.
You should be someone who can receive a rough brief in the morning and turn it into a campaign, creative, reel concept or ad by afternoon — without needing an agency for every little thing.
Key Skills: Canva | AI Creative Tools | Social Media | Content Creation | Creative Strategy | Video Editing | D2C Marketing
What You’ll Own
- Lead day-to-day creative execution for Chakki Peesing across social media, performance marketing, website, WhatsApp, marketplaces and offline communication.
- Be extremely hands-on with Canva — creating static posts, carousels, stories, banners, ad creatives, presentations, packaging mock-ups and other marketing material.
- Use AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, image-generation tools, video AI and other emerging platforms to create better content faster and smarter.
- Turn basic product photographs into premium-looking product creatives and campaign visuals using Canva and AI.
- Develop concepts for Meta ads, Instagram content, reels, product launches, offers, festivals and topical campaigns.
- Take a simple marketing brief and independently translate it into concept → copy → visual → final creative.
- Build and maintain brand templates, creative systems and visual guidelines so the brand remains consistent across channels.
- Experiment constantly with new AI tools, formats and creative workflows and introduce the useful ones into the company.
- Work closely with the founders and marketing team to brainstorm unconventional ideas and execute them quickly.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers and external agencies whenever required — while gradually building stronger in-house creative capabilities.
- Study competitors, D2C brands, social trends and advertising trends to continuously bring fresh creative ideas to the table.
- Understand creative performance — what gets clicks, engagement and conversions — and use those learnings to make the next creative better.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t necessarily need years of agency experience. Your portfolio and ability to create matter more.
You should have strong hands-on experience with Canva and be comfortable experimenting with AI tools for images, copy, ideation and video. Basic knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar platforms is a plus.
More importantly, you should have a strong visual sense, good understanding of social media, curiosity about AI and the ability to execute independently.
We want someone who doesn’t say “I only do design” or “I only do social media.” We want someone who sees a marketing problem and thinks:
“Give me the brief. I’ll figure out how to make it happen.”
Why This Role Is Different
You won’t be joining to simply follow a content calendar.
You’ll have the opportunity to build and lead the creative function from within the company, experiment with new-age AI-led content creation, establish processes and eventually become the person who owns how Chakki Peesing looks, speaks and shows up to customers.
