This isn't one of them.
At XOTIC Essentials, you'll work directly with the founders to build a fast-growing D2C consumer brand. You'll gain hands-on experience in marketing, e-commerce, sales, AI, influencer marketing, and business growth while working on projects that directly impact revenue.

What You'll Do
Execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
Research competitors, trends, and emerging market opportunities.
Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
Generate B2B leads and explore strategic collaborations.
Assist in Meta Ads, Shopify, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Support social media strategy and content planning.
Work with AI tools to automate marketing and business processes.
Take ownership of projects and present ideas that can shape the company's growth.
Who We're Looking For

You should be:
Curious and eager to learn every day.
A strong communicator with confidence.
Passionate about startups, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
Comfortable taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
Analytical and willing to solve problems independently.
Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with Canva, Shopify, Meta Ads, ChatGPT, or other AI tools is a bonus—not a requirement.
