Marketing & Business Development Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to support our marketing, business development, social media, and daily operations. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with people, comfortable making cold calls, and have a genuine interest in luxury interiors, design, architecture, and premium products.
Key Responsibilities
* Make cold calls to architects, interior designers, hospitality professionals, and potential clients.
* Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
* Manage day-to-day Instagram and social media activities.
* Assist in creating and scheduling posts, stories, reels, and other content.
* Research potential clients, architects, designers, and business opportunities.
* Maintain lead and client databases and update daily follow-ups.
* Assist with sending catalogues, product details, quotations, and presentations.
* Coordinate with the team on daily tasks and ongoing projects.
* Support basic marketing, sales, and administrative activities as required.
* Track enquiries, responses, and follow-ups in an organised manner.
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
* Good knowledge of Instagram and social media.
* Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
* Good English communication, both written and verbal.
* Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
* Proactive attitude — someone who can take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
* Interest in luxury interiors, architecture, furniture, art, or design is preferred.
