We are looking for a
Manual Tester with 2 years of experience in software testing to test web applications and AI-powered features, identify issues, and ensure product quality and reliability.
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab |
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Test AI features for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and unexpected responses.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar.
- Test different inputs, edge cases, and user scenarios for AI applications.
- Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and test case writing.
- Basic knowledge of API testing/Postman is preferred.
- Exposure to AI tools/LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
