- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for food, beverages, and essential services including contract administration, renewals, RFPs, and ongoing service level assessments.
- Support Real Estate on lease renewals, new builds, and renovations to ensure smooth day-one operations.
- Use occupancy data, employee surveys, and spend analysis to inform local workplace decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the site's operating budget, including financial variance tracking and cost-saving initiatives that maintain service quality.
- Support change management for workplace initiatives, communicating clearly and consistently with stakeholders throughout.
- Deliver regular updates to leadership on operations, project progress, and KPIs; maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, landlords, vendors, and contractors.
- Partner with the Sustainability Team to support environmental improvements at the office location.
