Role Description
The Manager, Treasury Front Office [Fixed Income] will manage day-to-day treasury operations focused on fixed income instruments and debt portfolios. Responsibilities include monitoring cash positions and liquidity, executing fixed income investments within approved limits, and optimizing yields while maintaining risk controls. The role covers investments in both corporate treasury and retiral funds.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, fixed income markets, and debt instruments; ability to manage cash, liquidity, and funding strategies.
- Proficiency with treasury and financial systems, spreadsheets, and analytical tools; comfort working with data and creating management reports.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present analytical insights clearly.
Experience
• 5 to 10 years’ experience of dealing in markets, amongst one or more of: Bank Treasury, PDs, Corporate Treasury, Mutual Fund, Insurance Treasury, DCM/Brokerage.
Qualifications
- CA/ MBA-Finance/ CMA-India.
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP, FRM) are an advantage.
