Location: Visakhapatnam
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales professional to join our team at Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for driving sales & business growth.
Preferred Experience & Technical Exposure
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Business Development for Industrial Automation products, solutions and projects.
- Hands-on exposure to PLC, SCADA, HMI/MHI, Drives and Industrial Automation solutions, preferably with strong experience in Siemens products and solutions.
- Experience in offering and selling Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear and Control Panel solutions.
- Good understanding of Electrical Control Panels, including PCC, MCC, Intelligent MCC (iMCC), APFC and VFD Panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's Electrical Automation Solutions, Electrical Panels and related products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs and other key stakeholders.
- Generate enquiries, prepare proposals/quotations and follow up for order conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions and product presentations.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for effective solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in Technical Sales / B2B Sales in Electrical Automation, Industrial Solutions, Electrical Panels or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, energetic and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
