Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWAI
Experience: 6-8 Years (Post Qualification)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.
- Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and project accounting for construction and real estate projects.
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
- Oversee statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall financial health of projects and business units.
- Support business leadership with feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and project finance assessments.
- Lead and mentor finance team members while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWAI with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong exposure to Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
- Proven experience in the Construction/Building/ and Real Estate sector is essential.
- Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, cost management, and real estate financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel-based financial models is preferred.
