We are looking for a dynamic and drive-oriented Manager โ Retail Leasing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retail and F&B leasing activities, securing prime locations, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with retail brands and property owners across Delhi-NCR.

โข Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable retail and F&B locations across key micro-markets in Delhi-NCR.
โข Conduct site visits, evaluate footfall dynamics, and present property options to target retail brands.
โข Structure and negotiate lease agreements, LOIs, commercial terms, and rent structures.

โข Build and manage strong relationships with national/regional retail brands, property owners, and real estate developers.

โข Mentor, guide, and support junior leasing executives to achieve team targets.
โข Coordinate with internal design, legal, and execution teams for smooth deal completion.

โข Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in retail real estate, F&B leasing, or commercial retail leasing in Delhi-NCR.
โข Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
โข Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and deal negotiation abilities.
โข Sales Track Record: Proven background in lead generation, client pitching, and closing leasing deals.
โข Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
โข Key Traits: Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple mandates under tight deadlines.
