About the Role
The role is responsible for ensuring planning and programming is performed to a high consistent standard across the business WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF logical and accurate planning for driving timely project execution and at the same protecting time related commercial exposure.
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Required Experience
Minimum 15 years’ experience in project planning in large scale Data Centre projects
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc. with a good hold in Primavera P6.
- Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolution
- Knowledge of risk management
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and different types of formworks.
- Good understanding of Indian forms of Contract
- Proficient in the use of various delay and disruption analysis techniques and experience in preparation of EOT Claim.
