Job Description Senior Manager Operations
Position: Senior Manager Operations
Location: Jalgaon Plant
CTC: Up to 19 - 20 LPA
Experience: 12 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations for the Caps & Closures manufacturing unit.
- Ensure production targets, quality, safety, and productivity are achieved.
- Monitor machine utilization, OEE, rejection, and downtime.
- Drive process optimization, Mold changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams for smooth plant operations.
- Lead and develop production teams while ensuring compliance with 5S, GMP, and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12 15 years of experience in Caps & Closures manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in Injection Molding using Husky machines (experience with high-speed cap molding systems preferred).
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, preventive maintenance, and quality systems.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic, Polymer, or Production Engineering (CIPET preferred).
