We are looking for Manager Operations- International Domestic campaign.
- Position: Manager Operations
- Salary Package: Rs. 12 LPA to 16 LPA + Other benefits
- Joining Date: 30 Days Or Less
- Job Location: Pan India
- Mode: WFO/Hybrid/WFH
!!Desired Candidate Profile!
- Excellent Communication
- Min 2 years of experience in International Domestic campaign.
- Should be working as and Deputy Manager or Manager on papers for International Domestic campaign.
- Should know throughput calculation like Attrition shrinkage calculation experience
- Should have handled min 50-70 agents.
- Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals
- Responsible for staff retention within the team.
- Should be aware of KPI, RCA, 7QC tools,
- Should be only from a BPO voice process
