Manager (Leasing) - Infrastructure (Industrial)
- Those with a strong warehouse leasing background with Indian and foreign customers/clients & worked in similar roles in the world's best: Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, CBRE, Knight Frank, Anarock company
Location: Dobaspet, Bengaluru (Karnataka)
Experience: 5–7 years in Leasing (Industrial Infrastructure )
Language: Kannada & English (Desirable)
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) with B.E./B.Tech (Civil) -Preferred

Role Summary
The Manager (Leasing) will lead marketing and leasing strategy for MMLP Bengaluru, develop channel partnerships, and close the lease deal with a strong customer.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Development
- Develop and execute leasing & marketing strategy (RTM & BTS models)
- Identify and target key customer segments indian or overseas clients
- Build and manage a channel partner network
People Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Conduct appraisals and capability building
Desired Profile
- Strong leasing background with Indian and foreign customers/clients
- International exposure in leasing is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Smart, dynamic personality with persuasive communication ability
