Profile Summary:
Atain is looking for an experienced and data-driven Corporate Manager – HR & Analytics to strengthen its people strategy, HR analytics, workforce insights, HR technology, and corporate HR initiatives. The role will work closely with senior HR and business stakeholders to translate people data into actionable insights, drive strategic HR programs, improve organizational effectiveness, and support informed business decision-making.
The position will play a key role in developing HR dashboards and analytics, monitoring workforce trends, identifying people-related risks and opportunities, supporting HR transformation initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes and programs.
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage HR analytics, dashboards, MIS and management reporting for Atain's corporate and business leadership.
- Analyze key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, retention, absenteeism, recruitment, productivity, employee engagement, performance, internal movement and workforce costs.
- Translate HR data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and develop data-driven people solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards and KPI frameworks for regular leadership reviews.
- Establish standardized HR reporting processes, data definitions, governance and controls to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting and organizational planning through analysis of historical and projected workforce data.
- Lead and manage HR projects and transformation initiatives from conceptualization and requirement gathering through implementation, stabilization and post-implementation review.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation and digitization and drive implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Leverage HR technology and HRIS platforms, including Oracle HCM, for data management, reporting, analytics and process improvement.
- Support Oracle HCM implementation, deployment, enhancement, testing, reporting and user-adoption initiatives, as applicable.
- Partner with HR leadership to design and implement new HR programs, policies, processes and strategic people initiatives.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, talent development, succession planning, retention and organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare executive-level HR reports, presentations, dashboards and insights for leadership and management reviews.
- Conduct periodic analysis of HR trends and benchmark people metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Measure the effectiveness and business impact of HR initiatives through relevant KPIs and analytics.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, IT and other corporate functions to align people data with business requirements.
- Drive change management and communication activities associated with HR transformation, technology implementation and new HR programs.
- Ensure adherence to Atain's HR policies, processes, data privacy requirements and applicable employment regulations.
- Identify HR process and data risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a data-driven HR culture by enabling HR teams and business leaders to effectively use people analytics in decision-making.
- Undertake other HR analytics, transformation and strategic HR responsibilities assigned by management.

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Analytics, Psychology or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field would be preferred.
- 7–12+ years of relevant experience across HR, HR analytics, HRBP, HR transformation, HRIS or strategic HR roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in HR analytics, MIS, reporting and dashboard development.
- Proven experience in managing HR projects, transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes with the ability to connect people metrics to business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM/Oracle HR systems is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization and analytics tools will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior HR and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and change management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines.
