Direct Tax position with Leading Automotive Manufacturing Company in Chennai. This role focuses on tax planning, transfer pricing, and handling international taxation matters for a major automotive manufacturing leader.
- Role: Manager - Direct Tax

- Work Schedule: 7:45 AM – 5:20 PM
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience
Key Focus Areas:
- International Taxation & DTAA: Hands-on experience managing international tax affairs and filing Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements.
- Transfer Pricing & Audits: Expertise in handling Transfer Pricing (TP) audits, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), General Anti-Avoidance Rules (GAAR), and standard Tax Audits.
- Litigation & Appeals: Preparing, coordinating, and filing appeals before CIT(A) and ITAT.
- Tax Planning & Compliance: Driving tax cost reduction strategies, ensuring accurate preparation and timely filing of periodic statutory returns under the Income Tax Act.
- Management Reporting: Preparing technical presentations on complex taxation matters and strategic tax proposals for leadership.
