Role Description The Manager – Customer Order Processing is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position oversees the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring customer orders are captured accurately, processed promptly, and fulfilled according to company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams for stock availability and dispatch, monitoring invoicing accuracy, and maintaining clear, timely communication with customers regarding order status. The role also involves resolving order-related issues, optimizing workflows, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The manager will lead and guide the order processing team, ensuring adherence to policies, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Order Processing and Purchase Orders, with experience managing end-to-end order cycles.
- Proficiency in Invoicing and basic accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience using ERP/CRM or order management systems, along with good MS Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and prioritize multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field; experience in telecommunications or appliances industry is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating closely with sales, finance, logistics, and customer support teams.
