Job details:
Counsel clients regarding immigration, business, and investment visa programs.
Handle inbound leads and outbound calls and convert enquiries into clients.
Understand the client’s profile, objectives, financial capacity, family details, and immigration requirements.
Recommend suitable visa and residency programs based on client eligibility.
Conduct face-to-face, telephone, WhatsApp, and online consultations.
Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, processing timelines, and application procedures.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate client records and update lead status in CRM.
Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams after client enrollment.
Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
Stay updated on immigration pro
grams, visa policies, and procedural changes.
Provide transparent and professional advice without making unrealistic visa guarantees.
Previous experience in immigration sales/counselling will be preferred.
