We're looking for an experienced Manager – hashtag
#HotelProcurement to join our team and lead strategic hotel sourcing for MICE, corporate events, conferences, and travel programs.
What you'll do:
✔️ Negotiate competitive hotel rates and commercial agreements
✔️ Build and manage strong relationships with hotel partners and vendors
✔️ Handle venue sourcing, contracting, and logistics for events
✔️ Drive cost optimization while ensuring exceptional service delivery
✔️ Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences
What we're looking for:
-8+ years of experience in Hotel Procurement, Hospitality Procurement, or MICE/Travel Procurement
-Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
-Excellent knowledge of hotel contracting and venue logistics
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
