Role
We are looking for a hands-on
Finance Manager who can own the finance function end-to-end and work closely with the Founder and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping, accounting, MIS, cash flow and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and unit economics.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial projections, MIS and fundraising data.
- Lead finance-related due diligence and coordinate with investors, auditors and advisors.
- Analyse business performance, margins, working capital and profitability.
- Provide financial insights to support business and strategic decisions.
- Ensure timely statutory and financial compliance.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Investment Banking, Big 4 or a high-growth startup.
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modelling and business analysis.
- Excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented and hands-on.
We need someone who can go beyond accounting understand the business, build the model, analyse the numbers, support investors and help the Founder make better financial decisions.
