🚨 We're Hiring: Manager – Business Advisory & Internal Audits (CA) 🚨
📍 Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
💰 CTC: ₹14 – ₹18 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
📅 Experience: 5+ Years (post-qualification)

Are you a qualified CA with strong experience in Internal Audits, IFC Audits, and Business Advisory? We're looking for a dynamic professional who can independently manage client engagements, lead a team, and drive business transformation from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 interns, allocating assignments and reviewing deliverables.
✅ Plan and execute Internal Audits and Internal Financial Control (IFC) Audits.
✅ Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, compliance risks, and recommend improvements.
✅ Deliver Business Advisory services with strategic and financial insights.
✅ Assist clients in implementing and optimizing MIS for effective decision-making.
✅ Evaluate business growth opportunities and improve operational & financial performance.
✅ Build strong client relationships and independently manage end-to-end assignments.
We're Looking For:
✔ Qualified CA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
✔ Candidates with complete Articleship in Internal Audit/Business Advisory or 2–4 years of strong post-qualification experience in the same domain.
✔ Hands-on experience in Internal Audits, IFC, Risk Assessment, Process Improvements, and Business Advisory.
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and client management skills.
✔ Ability to independently handle assignments from Day 1.
Job Details:
🕥 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday
