Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email for enquiries and updates
- Share product catalogues, quotations, and company details with customers
- Support office-based marketing activities and maintain customer communication records
- Prepare quotations and proforma invoices based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with customers for order processing and enquiry management
- Support dealer and contractor relationships through regular follow-ups
- Assist in tracking enquiries and ensuring timely conversion to orders
- Coordinate dispatch, logistics, and material movement activities
- Supervise packing and ensure proper handling of goods
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries
- Support inventory management and stock-related activities
- Assist in billing and invoice preparation
- Support payment follow-ups and maintain documentation records
- Assist in basic finance, auditing, and record-keeping tasks
- Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities
