This role begins by mastering the fundamentals of world-class food and beverage service and customer experience, with a clear pathway to becoming an Outlet Manager and eventually leading multiple stores.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.
* Welcome customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
* Learn our menu and confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
* Prepare and serve beverages and food according to brand standards.
* Ensure speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and quality in every order.
* Maintain outstanding hygiene and presentation throughout the store.
* Support inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations.
* Assist in achieving sales targets and creating memorable customer experiences.
* Learn leadership, people management, and operational excellence alongside experienced managers.
