AgilisOne Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshly qualified Company Secretaries who are passionate about corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and the evolving compliance landscape across BFSI and corporate sectors.

Upon successful completion of the one-year Management Trainee programme and satisfactory performance evaluation, the candidate will be absorbed as a Compliance Analyst on the regular payroll of AgilisOne.
About the Role
The selected candidate will work closely with senior compliance professionals and gain practical exposure to:
- Regulatory compliance management
- Corporate laws and secretarial practices
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
- RBI, SEBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements
- Quality Assurance, Compliance monitoring and reviews
- Policy and procedure reviews
- Regulatory research and advisory assignments
- Compliance technology and AI-enabled compliance solutions
- Internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Client engagements across BFSI and corporate sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor regulatory developments.
- Assist in quality assurance, compliance reviews and gap assessments.
- Support preparation of compliance reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research.
- Assist in drafting policies, SOPs and compliance manuals.
- Support secretarial and governance assignments.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Participate in compliance audits and due diligence engagements.
- Assist in implementation of compliance and risk frameworks for clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS or result-cleared CS Professional Programme candidate awaiting membership)
- Freshers or with up to 1 year of experience
- Fair understanding of Corporate Laws and BFSI regulatory environment
- Good analytical and drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred
- Interest in BFSI regulations, FEMA, RBI, SEBI, AML/KYC and risk management
- Exposure to compliance, audit, governance or regulatory assignments during internship/training
- Familiarity with AI tools and technology-enabled compliance solutions
