SCANDALous Foods (ADITOF Pvt. Ltd.) is a one-stop shop for popular Indian mithais with 6 months shelf life in single serve 95 g cups for the HORECA ecosystem — hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens & Qcom players, targeting post meal impulse purchase of mithias with. We ship 3 lac cups a month across 6 cities in India while manufacturing our sweets in Nasik
The Role
Own our data. Own our Zoho. Turn daily transactions into clean, decision-ready dashboards for the leadership team.
What you'll do
- Daily data entry and reconciliation across Zoho Books / Inventory / CRM/assemblies
- Build and maintain MIS reports: sales, dispatch, collections, inventory, plant output
- Automate what can be automated in Zoho — custom views, workflows, reports
- Support finance and ops with month-close data, GST inputs, and audits
- Flag data gaps and fix them at the source, not in Excel
You are
- 2–3 yrs of MIS / data-entry / analyst experience — must have worked hands-on in Zoho (Books, Inventory, & CRM)
- Solid Excel: pivots, lookups, SUMIFS in your sleep
- Structured, patient, and allergic to messy data
- Bcom / Bcom(H) / BBA; Tally + Zoho combo is a must
- you have worked in the food service industry-institutional kitchen/flight kitchen/food manufacturing
Salary range: 30-35k a month
Must have: Hands-on Zoho (not just "seen it"). Strong Excel. 1–3 yrs in MIS / data / analyst roles.
