What You'll Do
- Design, maintain, and automate MIS reports covering production, inventory, sales, and export operations
- Build and manage Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and formulas (advanced level — pivot tables, lookups, macros)
- Write and maintain Google Apps Script to automate workflows across Sheets, Forms, and Gmail
- Build end-to-end systems on Google Workspace — from data capture (Forms/Sheets) to automated dashboards — for tracking production, inventory, sales, and export operations
- Use basic coding/scripting to streamline repetitive reporting tasks and reduce manual errors
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure data accuracy across systems
- Identify process gaps and propose automation or reporting improvements
- Maintain data integrity and version control across shared tracking systems
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an MIS, data analyst, or reporting role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, macros)
- Working knowledge of Google Apps Script and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Forms, Data Studio/Looker Studio) for building dashboards and connected systems (or willingness/ability to pick it up fast)
- Basic coding/scripting ability (VBA, Python, JavaScript, or similar) — a strong plus
- High attention to detail and ability to work with large, unstructured datasets
- Good communication skills to work across cross-functional teams
- Prior exposure to a manufacturing and export firm.
