Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or Commerce background will have an added advantage.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support business operations by designing efficient processes, managing data, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to create process-driven systems that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain business processes and workflow systems.
- Develop and manage MIS reports for management review.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Design process documentation, SOPs, and workflow charts.
- Create and manage Pivot Tables, Charts, Lookups, and advanced Excel reports.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operational processes.
- Support management with data-driven insights for business decisions.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
- Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
