Role Description The Management Executive will oversee daily retail operations, support store performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business execution. Responsibilities include monitoring sales and inventory, analyzing performance data, and implementing action plans to improve customer experience and profitability. The role involves supervising processes, supporting team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational guidelines. The Management Executive will collaborate on local marketing initiatives, assist in budgeting and reporting, and contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Arāmbāgh, with a combination of on-site presence at retail locations and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong retail operations and business management skills, including experience with store processes, sales tracking, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or retail management systems to support decisions.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with store teams and leadership.
- Ability to lead, coach, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-focused environment.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools, basic understanding of retail technology platforms, and openness to learning new systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field; relevant retail or operations experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Arāmbāgh and travel to store locations as required.
