As a Management & Business Operations Associate, you will work closely with the team across business operations, strategy, customer engagement, research, partnerships, recruitment, marketing and growth initiatives.

What You Will Work On
Depending on your strengths and experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting day-to-day business and operational activities

- Conducting market, competitor and industry research
- Supporting recruitment and talent-related initiatives
- Coordinating with candidates, clients, experts, partners and other stakeholders
- Supporting marketing, social media and business development initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Preparing reports, presentations, trackers and business documentation
- Supporting new projects, launches and growth initiatives
- Following up on tasks and ensuring timely execution
- Working with different teams and taking ownership of assigned projects
- Contributing ideas that can improve products, processes and customer experience
