🚨 We’re Hiring | Shift Incharge – EV Hub Operations ⚡🚗
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Incharge to manage the complete operations of our EV Hub, including EV cars, drivers, charging, and day-to-day hub activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete hub operations during the assigned shift
• Monitor and manage EV car availability, deployment & utilization
• Ensure timely charging, parking & vehicle readiness
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure proper shift allocation
• Monitor vehicle movement, operational issues & breakdowns
• Maintain hub discipline, safety and operational standards
• Track daily vehicle/driver performance and prepare shift reports
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance
• Ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of on-ground issues
• Take complete ownership of the hub during the assigned shift
🔹 Candidate Profile:
✅ Experience in Fleet / EV / Transportation / Hub Operations
✅ Good team-handling and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously
✅ Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
✅ Problem-solving & decision-making skills
✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
