We are looking for motivated and highly skilled professionals to join our project team across Monitoring & Evaluation, Nutrition, and ICT (Agriculture Sector). The positions will support key aspects of the project, including monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment; nutrition assessment and planning; and digitalization, MIS/GIS and ICT-enabled agricultural information systems, contributing to effective project implementation and strengthening the capacity of PMU/DOA and other project stakeholders.
The following positions are currently open:
🔹 1. M&E Expert
Qualification Requirements:
- BS and MS in Civil Engineering or Agriculture
Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of Agriculture or Irrigation Projects
- At least 2 years’ experience in Irrigation/Agriculture-related projects in South Asian Countries, preferably in India
Major Tasks & Duties:
- Support baseline survey implementation
- Provide advice for project indicator modification and setting
- Support the mid-term evaluation
- Support end-line surveys
- Implement Training of Trainers (TOT) for DOA/PMU staff related to the project implementation plan
🔹 2. Nutrition Expert
Qualification Requirements:
- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Home Science/Nutrition
Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in National Projects
- 5 years’ experience in Foreign Funded Projects
- Experience in assessment of the nutrition status of people in the project area and preparation of nutrition plans
Major Tasks & Duties:
- Assist PMU/DOA in the preparation of the nutrition improvement plan
- Support implementation of nutrition improvement activities, including nutrition sensitization
- Support capacity development and training of extension officers
- Implement Training of Trainers (TOT) for DOA/PMU staff related to the project implementation plan
🔹 3. ICT Expert (Agriculture Sector)
Qualification Requirements:
- BS and MS in Agriculture, or
- BS and MS/Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or Geoinformatics
Experience:
- 5 years’ work experience in managing the development of MIS, GIS systems and ICT-related environments
- 5 years’ work experience in National/Foreign Funded Projects, particularly in designing conceptual frameworks for MIS/GIS systems and software/applications related to the collection, storage, and dissemination of agricultural information
Major Tasks & Duties:
- Support and coordinate with the MIS/GIS Expert in developing the conceptual design of MIS and GIS systems to be established under PMU/DOA.
- Support the development of a framework for digitalization of the PMU’s internal working environment.
- Support the development of agriculture-sector customized software and common digital platforms for collection, storage, retrieval, and dissemination of agricultural information.
- Implement Training of Trainers (TOT) for DOA/PMU staff related to the subject matter of the project implementation plan.
- Assist in planning and monitoring project progress using ICT tools.
