We are looking for dedicated and experienced nursing professionals to join our growing healthcare team.
Positions & Experience
- Nursing Superintendent: 30 years total experience, including 5–7 years as Nursing Superintendent / Deputy Nursing Superintendent.
- Assistant Nursing Superintendent: 20+ years of experience.
- Nursing Officers: 10+ years of experience.
- Staff Nurses: 0–2 years / freshers may apply.
- Infection Control Nurses: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure quality nursing care, patient safety, and clinical excellence.
- Supervise nursing staff, manage duty rosters, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, documentation, and clinical standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
- Implement infection prevention and control practices.
- Monitor staff training, hygiene, and adherence to patient-care policies.
Eligibility
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing, as applicable with valid State Nursing Council registration.
