Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team in Gurugram.
You will work closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and commercial clients to understand their requirements and recommend bespoke furniture solutions. From consultation to project completion, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized furniture solutions.
- Handle walk-in clients, online inquiries, and project-based leads.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and premium homeowners.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate professionally.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Luxury Furniture, Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Home Décor, Luxury Retail, Real Estate, Architecture, Building Materials, or Luxury Lifestyle Brands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle premium customers confidently.
- Professional personality with a customer-first approach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
