Job Profile
1.Should have thorough knowledge of each division of Luxury Furniture Manufacturing Unit ie Carpentry, painting and polishing line, fabrication etc.
2.Proactively plan and manage production by preparing Production Chart and fulfilment of all production project work so that they are delivered on time, to the required specification as per drawings.
3. Material knowledge of all kind of luxury furniture
4. Should be able to study technical drawings and explain to the team.
5. Candidate should be able to prepare Production SOPs and implement the Method of Construction of each furniture product/ set along with the time frame.
6. Manage factory operations and plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products (Dept wise Production planning)
7.Should have on-ground ultra luxury furniture factory experience
