We are currently assembling a small founding team to help build and operate the business.
The Role
We are looking for a polished, highly organized and proactive Luxury Experience Manager to join our early team.
You will work closely with customers and external partners to coordinate high-quality experiences and ensure that every detail is handled professionally.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes.
You will be expected to take ownership rather than simply follow a predefined process.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer interactions from initial request through completion.
- Understand customer preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with external partners and service providers.
- Organize schedules, reservations and other arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
- Handle changes, unexpected situations and special requests.
- Anticipate problems and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure customers receive a polished and seamless experience.
- Build strong relationships with relevant external partners.
- Help develop and improve Milliongram's internal processes as the business grows.

However, exceptional candidates from other backgrounds are welcome.
