Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on manpower agency coordination, AICTE coordination, and student coordination. The role involves identifying and liaising with manpower agencies for recruitment-related needs, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting staffing processes for academic and administrative positions. The position also includes managing AICTE-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating inspections or visits, and supporting accreditation activities. In addition, the role requires overseeing student coordination activities such as organizing orientations, managing student records, facilitating communication between students and administration, and supporting academic and co-curricular events. The selected candidate will work closely with college leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in coordination and administration, including managing manpower agencies, regulatory bodies, or institutional partners.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to handle AICTE or similar regulatory compliance processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective student coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to plan and execute events, meetings, and schedules related to student activities and institutional compliance.
- Proficiency in basic office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Education, Engineering, or a related field; experience in an academic or regulatory environment is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams on-site.
