Job Description – Accountant

Location: 22 DSIDC Shed, Okhla Phase 2, Scheme 1, New Delhi – 110020
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Salary Package: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per annum

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and genuine Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations. The role involves handling statutory compliance, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate accounts to support smooth event and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- GST filing, TDS compliance, and statutory returns
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and expense tracking
- Support budget preparation and project-wise cost management for events
- Prepare financial records and reports for audits and internal reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely financial documentation
- Assist in cash flow management and adherence to company financial policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation norms
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple event-related accounts
