Role Description The Logistics Specialist role at Canviza Services Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Logistics Specialist will coordinate daily shipment activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, preparing documentation, and tracking orders to ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment. This role involves working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to manage supply chain operations, monitor inventory movements, and resolve logistics issues. The Logistics Specialist will handle export-related processes, maintain records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. The role also requires regular analysis of logistics performance, identification of process improvements, and clear communication of status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track shipments, interpret data, and identify operational inefficiencies or risks.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to coordinate procurement, inventory movement, and distribution activities.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Export processes, documentation, and basic regulatory requirements for international shipments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and be comfortable working with logistics or ERP software.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field; relevant experience in logistics or export operations is preferred.
