Job Title - Real Estate Manager

Role Overview: We're looking for a Real Estate Manager to fuel our expansion by securing the right properties at the right locations. You will own end-to-end property sourcing and leasing for Inamo's dark store network, from identifying micro-markets and closing lease deals to ensuring timely handover for store launch.
Key Responsibilities:
● Scout and evaluate properties across cities ensuring locations meet criteria on catchment coverage, floor size, accessibility, and last mile connectivity.
● Lead lease negotiations with landlords and agents on commercial terms, rent-free periods, and escalation clauses to close deals on time and within budget.
● Maintain a strong property pipeline across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to support the expansion roadmap with zero launch delays.
● Manage the full portfolio including renewals, escalations, lease exits, and landlord relationships to optimize occupancy costs.
● Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking to identify supply trends and secure strategic locations ahead of competition.
Skills & Experience
● 4-8 years in real estate, property acquisition, or expansion, preferably in Quick Commerce, retail, logistics, or e-commerce
● Strong background in commercial leasing, lease documentation, and landlord management
● Proven ability to independently close deals and manage broker networks
● Willingness to travel extensively across assigned geographies
Preferred Background
● Prior experience in dark store or warehouse leasing
● Existing broker and landlord network in Tier 1 / Tier 2 cities
● Familiarity with zoning norms, NOC requirements, and commercial compliance
