Logistics Operations Specialist – Freight Forwarding

What you'll do:
- Handle day-to-day operations for ocean and air shipments (import & export)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, and coloaders
- Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists)
- Track shipments, flag exceptions, and resolve issues proactively
- Update customers with timely shipment status and handle queries
- Maintain internal records and support process improvements
- Team Lead for Operations team
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in freight forwarding or a freight forwarding company (not just logistics broadly)
- Working knowledge of ocean + air freight EXIM.
- Competent in document creation using Logistics softwares (BL, HBL, AWB, PL, etc.)
- Comfortable with Excel, email, and documentation.
- Based in or willing to commute to Gurugram (On-site 5.5 days/week)
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred (not mandatory)
- Comfortable in Business English for Client-side conversations.
