Salary: AED 150,000 – 300,000+ per year (based on experience, skills and employer)

Job Overview
We are currently shortlisting experienced Logistics Managers for opportunities with UAE-based employers across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, e-commerce and distribution sectors.
Selected candidates may receive support with employer sponsorship, employment documentation, visa processing and relocation guidance, subject to employer requirements and individual eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations
- Plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules and distribution activities
- Manage warehouse, inventory and order fulfilment processes
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal teams
- Monitor logistics costs, KPIs and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations
- Lead logistics teams and improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations or a related field
- 5–12+ years of relevant logistics experience, including management-level responsibility
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution operations
- Experience managing logistics teams and third-party logistics providers
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS or logistics management systems is an advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Candidates must meet the selected employer's recruitment and UAE work-visa requirements
