As we continue to scale our D2C business across channels and geographies, we are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain professional who can take ownership of day-to-day order fulfilment, last-mile operations, logistics partner coordination, and delivery performance.
About the Role
As a Logistics & Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely movement of customer orders from our warehouse/fulfilment centres to the end customer.
You will work closely with delivery aggregators, courier and logistics companies, warehouses, fulfilment partners, and internal teams to manage day-to-day logistics operations, resolve delivery issues, monitor performance, and improve the overall customer delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day B2C order fulfilment and last-mile delivery operations.
* Coordinate with courier companies, delivery aggregators, 3PL partners, and other logistics service providers.
* Ensure timely pickup, dispatch, delivery, and closure of customer orders.
* Monitor shipment movement and proactively identify delayed, stuck, or failed deliveries.
* Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
* Track RTOs, NDRs, cancellations, undelivered shipments, and delivery failures.
* Coordinate NDR follow-ups and reattempts to improve successful delivery rates.
* Manage returns, reverse logistics, and customer replacements.
* Evaluate logistics partner performance based on delivery TAT, RTO %, NDR %, serviceability, and other relevant metrics.
* Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Support, Warehouse, Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Maintain daily/weekly logistics and shipment trackers and prepare performance reports.
* Track logistics KPIs and analyse data to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improving service levels and reducing costs.
* Support reconciliation of logistics-related data, invoices, and shipment records.
* Identify gaps in logistics and fulfilment processes and recommend improvements.
* Help develop and implement SOPs for order fulfilment, dispatch, delivery, returns, and reverse logistics.
* Work towards improving delivery TAT, first-attempt delivery rate, RTO %, NDR resolution, and logistics cost efficiency.
* Support the scaling of logistics operations as Supply6 expands into new markets and channels.
What We're Looking For
* 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, last-mile delivery, fulfilment, or D2C operations, with hands-on experience managing courier companies, logistics aggregators, 3PLs, or delivery partners.
* Strong understanding of last-mile delivery, shipment tracking, NDR, RTO, reverse logistics, and order fulfilment, along with good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
