Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calling to connect with potential customers and promote suitable loan products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
• Handle customer interactions, follow-ups, and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and documentation.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer details.
Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in Loan Sales or a relevant sales role.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Good understanding of loan products and sales processes.
• Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
